USCIS announced on December 27, 2023 that they will increase certain premium processing fees from $1,500 to $1,685 (for Form I-765 for some F-1s), $1,750 to $1,965 (including F-1/2 and H-4), and $2,500 to $2,805 (including H-1B, L-1, TN and I-140 petitions) for cases postmarked on or after February 26, 2024.
